Our unique functional training method involves flowing from various compound moves, using body weight and light dumbbells (honestly, that’s all you need!) at an elevated pace to raise the heart rate, build lean muscle and improve flexibility. We burn out the muscles from all angles by using moves derived from yoga, Pilates, barre and traditional strength training to keep the body guessing and the results coming!
Our classes are set to killer music (never basic!), moving with the beat to keep things FUN and effective! You might even forget about how intensely you’re working your body; sad that the class has to come to an end! We also believe in bringing the mind-body connection into every type of fitness program, so whether you are doing an intense HIIT class or a slow burn, you’ll learn to create awareness within the body, allowing you to push yourself to YOUR limits, producing lasting results with a program you can maintain, avoiding injury and creating balance.
