BODY BURN

Functional Pilates movements, fused with yoga and strength training, driven to the beat of rad music to create fire in the body + soul!
We burn out the muscles from all angles, using various modalities of movement to keep the body guessing and the results coming!
Boredom or plateaus are never an issue because we are constantly changing it up! All classes will have a core isolation section because we believe a strong center is key to avoiding injury and living an active life of all ages! Flexibility and mobility are crucial to your success no matter your goals, so expect to twist, reach, bend, and extend!

BODY BURN CARDIO

This class has the same format and intent as Body Burn, but there are four cardio circuits placed throughout the class to elevate the heart rate in a major way. This class is perfect for fat burning and toning!!

SCULPT

A high- energy class that employs HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to blast fat and burn serious calories.

We combine cardio and strength in this fast-moving workout, so there will be no need to go for a run or hit the weight room when you’re done. The TRX suspension trainer is implemented in EVERY CLASS, but prepare to use other ‘toys’ like the BOSU, foam roller, theraband and dumbbells to get your sweat on!!

Rhythm and Flow

Vinyasa yoga + hip hop and R&B beats. This class focuses on tapping into our Shakti energy with an upbeat, sweaty yoga flow. We will incorporate personal power, strength, sensuality, and creativity into each flow. Start your weekend off with this yoga dance party!

This class has a cardio element, so get ready to burn calories and build endorphins!

YOGA BURN

Want to drastically improve your flexibility, while simultaneously gaining serious strength?! Grab your yoga mat and join us for Yoga Barre! This class will consist of traditional barre movements and sequences, incorporating yoga poses with an emphasis on correct form and posture for maximum results. Bring a towel because you are going to sweat!

VINYASA FLOW

This type of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
The flowing movements may be combined with some longer holds and power poses that create strength and long lean muscle. This class will get your heart rate up and have you sweating. We end class with floor poses and meditation to make sure your full of zen before you leave the studio. This class is for beginners to advanced practitioners with modifications and advancements given for every class.

BOOTCAMP

This class is designed to get your heart- rate up by fusing full-range, compound moves with isometric moves. We use a few different types of movement principles in this class such as Barre, Pilates, and plyometrics (jumping is always optional!)

This class is a calorie scorcher, while still staying low- impact.

CORE & RESTORE

The first 45 minutes of this class implements core isolation mat exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and build lean muscle. We focus primarily on increasing core strength and lower body stabilizers (think glutes and thighs!).
In the final fifteen minutes of the class, we will implement myofascial release work using tennis balls and foam rollers for problem areas such as hips, quads, hamstrings, thoracic spine, etc.
All levels are welcome!

MINDFUL VINYASA FLOW

A challenging, stimulating, funky practice that will guide you through fluid movements and asanas. We’ll connect postures in fresh, new ways as we stay present with our breath. We will tune into our bodies and allow ourselves to expand our capacity to move and breathe and cleanse our spirit from within.

POWER YOGA

Power flow is a vinyasa- style yoga class designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility/ mobility. We flow dynamically between asanas to challenge the mind a core! This is a fitness-based class with a cardio element to elevate the heart- rate and burn calories.
