BODY BURN

Functional strength training infused with yoga + pilates, driven to the beat of rad music to create fire in the body + soul! We burn out the muscles from all angles using various modalities of movement to keep the body guessing and the results coming!
Boredom or plateaus are never an issue because we are constantly changing it up!

All classes will have a core isolation section because we believe a strong center is the key to avoiding injury and living an active life at every age!
Flexibility and mobility are crucial to your success no matter your goals, so expect to twist, reach, bend and extend!

BODY BURN CARDIO

This class has the same format and intent as Body Burn, but there are four cardio circuits placed throughout the class to elevate the heart rate in a major way. This class is perfect for fat burning and toning!!

SCULPT

A high- energy class that employs HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to blast fat and burn serious calories.

We combine cardio and strength in this fast-moving workout, so there will be no need to go for a run or hit the weight room when you’re done. The TRX suspension trainer is implemented in EVERY CLASS, but prepare to use other ‘toys’ like the BOSU, foam roller, theraband and dumbbells to get your sweat on!!

11:11 YOGA PRACTICE

An urban yoga methodology that uses palindromes to create unique power yoga sequences. We use 11 primary poses specifically chosen to warm up the body and target specific muscle groups. There are two cardio bursts to elevate the heart- rate and burn calories. Throughout class, we bring awareness to the 7 chakras, fire up the core, and move through 11 sun salutations all done to upbeat music with positive intention to attract your current goals and let go of what does not serve you.

YOGA BURN

Want to drastically improve your flexibility, while simultaneously gaining serious strength?! Grab your yoga mat and join us for Yoga Barre! This class will consist of traditional barre movements and sequences, incorporating yoga poses with an emphasis on correct form and posture for maximum results. Bring a towel because you are going to sweat!

VINYASA FLOW

This type of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
The flowing movements may be combined with some longer holds and power poses that create strength and long lean muscle. This class will get your heart rate up and have you sweating. We end class with floor poses and meditation to make sure your full of zen before you leave the studio. This class is for beginners to advanced practitioners with modifications and advancements given for every class.
