We keep our classes small — ten max! This allows us to get to know you and your needs, injuries you may be facing, goals you want to reach, etc. A smaller group creates a communal environment, which allows you to feel comfortable working at your level and progressing safely and effectively. We combine yoga, pilates, barre and traditional strength moves to burn it out!
