This class fuses functional Pilates movements with yoga and strength training to create muscle burnout from all angles! The full-body movements will elevate the heart- rate to torch the calories and build up the endorphins.

The class is driven to the beat of rad music to create fire in the body + soul!

Boredom or plateaus are never an issue because we are constantly changing it up! All classes will have a core isolation section because we believe a strong center is key to avoiding injury and living an active life of all ages!

Flexibility and mobility are crucial to your success no matter your goals, so expect to twist, reach, bend, and extend!
