This type of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
The flowing movements may be combined with some longer holds and power poses that create strength and long lean muscle. This class will get your heart rate up and have you sweating. We end class with floor poses and meditation to make sure you’re full of zen before you leave the studio. This class is for beginners to advanced practitioners with modifications and advancements given for every class.
